Image Licensing
Tidewater Photo remains the owner of all images. Images are licensed to the listing agent or client until the property is sold or taken off the market. Images may not be transferred between agents or clients without permission. If a property is listed with a new agent the images can be licensed at a discounted rate if the previous images are still sufficient.
Agent/Client Responsibilities
Properties should be clean and presentable prior to our arrival. Please do not schedule appointments while other work is being conducted (contractors, landscapers, etc).
Photo & Video Delivery
Photos will be delivered by 9 a.m. on the following day. A link will be emailed along with instructions to download files. All images are delivered at 1920 x 1280 (6.4" x 4.3") @ 300 ppi. Additional sizes and resolutions are available upon request.
Videos will be delivered by end of day on the following day. Videos are shot in 4K and delivered in Full HD 1920 x1080. Videos are unbranded and MLS compliant. A link will be emailed along with instructions to download files. Videos will also be uploaded to YouTube. The YouTube link is used to upload the video to the MLS.
Weather
If an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to weather you will be contacted well in advance. Sun is preferred for exterior photos but cloudy days do not affect photography. Skies can be replaced upon request at no charge.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or a fee may be charged. Appointments can be rescheduled at no charge.
Payments
An invoice is included with the delivery of each project. Payments are due upon receipt. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, PayPal or Venmo. Checks should be made out to Tidewater Photo. Please include the invoice number or property address in the notes.
